This course is the foundation for all incareMD employees. Before using any other module or tool within the incareMD portal, every team member is required to complete this training. You will learn how to navigate the Odoo platform and use the core tools you will rely on every single day.

No technical background is required. This course is designed for all staff regardless of role or department.

  • How to navigate the Odoo portal and manage your account settings
  • How to communicate with your team using the Discuss module
  • How to manage your schedule and meetings using the Calendar
  • How to create and manage contacts in the system
  • How to submit and track your time off requests
